We can help if a client requires a general surveyor to assess the property’s condition, such as any risks, urgent defects, or potential legal issues. As well as more specific reports, like heating or damp, where we can source the best possible experts to advise.
Medical reports
If a patient requires any further treatment such as physiotherapy, MRI scans, and so on, we can arrange this for you. Upon receipt of your instructions, LMS will endeavour to contact clients to discuss their needs and look to arrange a suitable time and date for their medical appointments. Our panel of experts will converse with medical professionals to gather the necessary reports the patient may need for any legal matters.

Team Manager
Job Purpose
To be publicly acknowledged as a market leading medical agency. Offering unrivalled standards to client service through highly trained and motivated workforce to which people in the industry aspire to belong. To Manage and provide an outstanding service to all panel solicitors in order to maximise profit through ensuring all matters are dealt with in accordance to deadlines.
Core Activities

To Manage the Team to ensure a high quality of service is received by all panel solicitors, patients and experts

To be fully aware of the Service Level of Agreements with all panel solicitors and experts and that they are being met
-
To be fully aware of each team Members role and the Service Standards and to ensure the team members adhere to these accordingly

Participate as required in own development to ensure implementations of any changes and developments are enhanced

To participate in the team tasks where required to ensure all jobs are completed to the required deadline.

To Manage existing medical experts to ensure we are using the correct experts in line with costing and service received.

To source new experts to replace existing experts who are currently charging high fees or not providing appointments/reports to the service level required.

To source any new experts required by solicitors i.e. dependant on client’s injuries

Liaise with Experts and Solicitors on a regular basis

Ad-hoc requests from Line Manager and Solicitors.

Administration Assistant
Job Purpose

To be fully aware of the Service Level of Agreements with all panel solicitors and experts

Participate as required in own development to ensure implementations of any changes and developments are enhanced

Liaise with Experts, Solicitors and Patients on a regular basis ensuring communication is maintained throughout the claim to bring it to a conclusion.

Ad-hoc requests from Line Manager and Solicitors.

To ensure instructions and medical reports are chased daily and that responses are received from all panel solicitors and medical experts within the agreed periods.

To ensure the Proclaim system is updated at every stage and that urgent instructions are given priority.

To work with targets set, noting these will be changed in accordance with the business plan.
